Refunds and cancellation

• Reports are delivered the instant you pay. You ask for that at checkout and confirm that it ends the 14-day right of withdrawal — so there is no withdrawal after purchase.
• The Site Monitor subscription can be cancelled at any time, at no cost. It then runs to the end of the month you paid for and stops.
• If a scan failed, you were charged twice, or what you got is plainly not what was described, write to us and you get your money back.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pokestock, trading as TitanScan Pro, Burgemeester Hoffmanplein 55 B, 3071 XD Rotterdam, Netherlands, support@titanscanpro.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example an email or a letter sent by post). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested us to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from the contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

When the right of withdrawal ends early

Reports and the Site Monitor are digital content that we supply immediately. For a contract for the supply of digital content that is not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal ends as soon as we begin supplying it, if:

• you expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and
• you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and
• we confirmed this to you by email.

(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

• Cancel at any time, with no notice period: with the “Billing, invoices & cancel” button on your monitor page, or on our cancellation page, which works without your monitor link. You get a confirmation by email straight away.
• The monitor then runs until the end of the month you already paid for, and no further payment is taken. Part-months are not refunded.
• Reports of scans made while you were subscribed stay available at your monitor link.
• Subscribed by mistake, or charged for a month you meant to cancel before? Write to us within a few days and we will sort it out.

The rules above are what the law allows. They are not a reason to keep money we haven't earned.

• You were charged more than once for the same report or month.
• The scan did not complete, or the report is empty or broken.
• The report is materially not what this website described.
• You bought a report for the wrong website — tell us before you read it and we'll sort it out.
• Anything else where you have a fair point. Ask.

We do not refund a correct, delivered report because the findings were not what you hoped for. A low score is the product working, not failing — and a report that says your site is in good shape is worth the same as one that doesn't.

Email support@titanscanpro.com from the address you used to buy, and tell us which website the report or monitor was for. You don't need a form or a reference number.

We aim to answer within two working days. An approved refund goes back to the payment method you used — card or bank — and typically lands within five to ten working days, depending on your bank. A refund returns the full amount you paid for that report or month, including any VAT.

A refund closes the report. Once the money is returned, the unlock link stops working — the full findings are what you paid for, so they go back too.

Tell us first — most things are a misunderstanding and we would rather fix it directly. If that fails, consumers in the EU can raise a complaint through their national consumer authority. This does not affect your statutory rights, which nothing on this page reduces.
